  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maryland Fine Art Printers and its employees, owners, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from the printing or use of your uploaded file.

  • You acknowledge that Maryland Fine Art Printers acts only as a passive printing service provider and does not review, monitor, or approve uploaded content for copyright compliance. You remain solely responsible for your uploaded material.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing images we determine to be offensive, unlawful, or infringing. Uploaded files are used only for production and may be deleted after order fulfillment. We do not sell or share customer-uploaded content.

4. Products and Services

All of our prints are custom-made to order based on customer selections and uploaded files.

Because our products are handcrafted and printed on demand, there may be minor variations in color, tone, or crop compared to on-screen previews.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Once your order is shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

Please verify that all shipping details are correct before checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Because each item is custom printed, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer a reprint or replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to customer-uploaded image quality, cropping, or color differences between screens and printed materials.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information on this site — including product descriptions, pricing, or availability — is error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, design elements, and imagery not uploaded by customers — is the property of Maryland Fine Art Printers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Customer-uploaded files remain the property of the customer.

However, you acknowledge that Maryland Fine Art Printers’ role in reproducing uploaded content does not imply endorsement, ownership, or responsibility for that content.

Maryland Fine Art Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
